Beijing Xiuzhentang Rules for Publishing Customer Collection Transfer Information

Version Date: September 5, 2026

Effective Date: Effective from the date of publication

Dear Collectors:

To facilitate everyone’s communication and the transfer of collections in their possession, Beijing Xiuzhentang has specially established the “Customer Collection Transfer Information Publishing Zone.” Please read the following instructions before use. We hope to provide you with a safe, friendly, and free space for information sharing.

Article 1 What is this Zone?

This Zone is an information bulletin board for you to publish transfer information for embroidered works produced by Beijing Xiuzhentang on your own.

Please note:

– We do not participate in, match, or guarantee any transaction, nor do we charge any fees.

– We do not assume legal or economic responsibility for the performance of either party to the transaction, the authenticity of the embroidered works, logistics losses, payment funds, etc. Both parties to the transaction should verify independently, negotiate thoroughly, and exercise strict control.

Article 2 Who Can Publish Information?

You need to meet the following conditions at the same time:

– You must have purchased the company’s embroidered works on the Beijing Xiuzhentang official website or WeChat Mini Program or official store, and have retained your personal contact information and necessary identity information in your customer account;

– You must hold the physical embroidered work to be transferred and its original purchase documents and the “Certificate of Authenticity of the Work.”

Article 3 What Do We Review?

We will conduct a formal review (completed within 3 working days), mainly to confirm whether the information you provide is complete, accurate, and free of illegal or non-compliant content. For example: whether the name of the embroidered work, certificate number, pictures, etc. are consistent with the company’s original records.

We do not review the actual physical condition, authenticity, or ownership of the embroidered works. The publisher is responsible for the authenticity of the published content.

Article 4 How to Publish and Remove?

  1. Log in to the Beijing Xiuzhentang official website, enter the “Collection Transfer Information Publishing Zone,” and fill in the customer information and embroidery information as prompted, including the work name, embroidery core size, work certificate, number, etc. (you may select the embroidered work for which transfer information is to be published from the “My Collection” materials and click “Publish Confirmation”), and upload the certificate and the latest photos of the embroidered work.
  2. After the review is passed, the information will be displayed publicly, with a validity period of 6 months.
  3. If the embroidered work has already been transferred or you wish to cancel the transfer midway, please notify us in time to remove the relevant information.

Article 5 Tips for Transaction Safety

– The buyer and seller shall discuss all details such as price, delivery, payment, and inspection on their own.

– We sincerely recommend that you sign a written agreement with the transferee and retain payment vouchers and logistics documents to prevent problems before they occur.

– If necessary, we can provide you with the original purchase records (excluding others’ private information) for your reference, but we do not assume responsibility for any results after verification.

Article 6 Prohibited Acts

To maintain a good sharing environment, please do not engage in the following acts:

– Publishing transfer information for embroidered works not formally produced by the company;

– Publishing transfer information for company gifts (gifts may only be given as gifts and may not be used for transfer transactions);

– Publishing false, forged, or misappropriated information about others’ embroidered works;

– Malicious speculation, price fraud, or inducing non-compliant transactions;

– Publishing content that violates national laws and regulations or public order and good morals.

If the above acts occur, we will take measures such as deleting information, suspending or permanently canceling publishing qualifications, and banning accounts according to the severity of the circumstances, and reserve the right to refer the matter to judicial authorities.

Article 7 Regarding the Use of Images and Text

Images, text, and other content you publish on this platform are deemed to authorize Beijing Xiuzhentang to use them free of charge within this platform.

The company will take reasonable and necessary technical and management measures to maintain the stable operation of the platform in accordance with the requirements of laws and regulations such as the Personal Information Protection Law and the Cybersecurity Law. If information is lost or erroneous due to technical failures, third-party attacks, or other reasons beyond the company’s reasonable control, the company shall not bear corresponding legal liability, but will promptly carry out repair and handling. The publisher acknowledges that, based on the objective limitations of current network technology, no technical measure can guarantee 100% absolute security.

Article 8 Interpretation and Amendment of the Rules

We reserve the right to interpret and amend these Rules. If there are adjustments, they will be simultaneously published on the company’s official website and WeChat official account. Your continued use of this platform is deemed as your acceptance of the amended Rules.

Article 9 Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from the use of this platform shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation by both parties; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people’s court at the company’s registered address.

Supplementary Provisions: These Rules shall take effect from the date of publication, and the final right of interpretation belongs to Beijing Xiuzhentang Culture and Art Co., Ltd.
